WILD RAFTING A STONE'S THROW FROM THE CAPITAL
The Murrumbidgee has all the attributes a great whitewater adventure, close to town, amazing scenery, brilliant rapids, a furious chasm and a Red Rock Gorge.
After a steady warm up, the river descends into multiple picturesque gorges, containing many challenging class 3 and 4 rapids to get your adrenalin pumping.

WHAT TO BRING

Remember to pack light - If you don’t need it don’t bring it.
On the river:
- Sense of humour
- Booties and sturdy shoes that can get wet (e.g. Dunlop Volleys)
- Warmer weather: swimmers, light shirt for sun protection and board shorts
- Cooler weather: thermals/swimmers/underwear to wear under wetsuit - we will provide wetsuits
- Cap or floppy hat to wear under helmet
- Sunscreen
- Glasses strap if required
- Personal medication if required
End of trip:
- Warm change of clothes, towel and a dry pair of shoes.
