WILD RAFTING A STONE'S THROW FROM THE CAPITAL!


An epic day of whitewater fun. This hidden gem is right in the heart of the ACT, offering a multitude of fast-flowing rapids to get your heart pumping. The river showcases amazing bush scenery, cutting through the scenic Red Rock Gorge and passing through a thundering chasm.

Access is very easy and a walking track runs beside the river for the entire trip.

During spring numerous sections both up and down steam can be included to create a Multi-day journey of 2 to 4 day

Grade: 2 to 4, suits novice to experienced and children over 12 years

Tour Inclusions: All river equipment, experienced guides, river transfers and lunch.

WHAT TO BRING

On the river: 
  • Sense of humour
  • Booties and sturdy shoes that can get wet (e.g. Dunlop Volleys)
  • Warmer weather:  swimmers, light shirt for sun protection and board shorts
  • Cooler weather: thermals/swimmers/underwear to wear under wetsuit - we will provide wetsuits   
  • Cap or floppy hat to wear under helmet
  • Sunscreen
  • Glasses strap if required
  • Personal medication if required

End of trip:  
  • Warm change of clothes, towel and a dry pair of shoes. 



Remember to pack light - If you don’t need it don’t bring it.
