  • Fill in a medical form. Your responses will be kept confidential, and are not intended to exclude you from a trip - rather to manage any medical conditions appropriately. 
  • Use our multi-day packing list. This list is designed to help you carry everything you need with you, without being weighed down with items that you don't.
  • Look at our itinerary - this will give you times and activities that will be useful in planning your trip.
  • Finalise your account - this should be done no later than 21 days before departure. You can pay the remainder of your account by direct deposit to:
